Temple Reef Monstro 52B-X

Monstro is the ultimate jigging rod, now available in a 2-piece butt joint design for easy travel. An upgrade from its predecessor, Black Monstro, this new version features advanced materials that allow for a nearly 5% reduction in weight while maintaining the power and performance you expect from Temple Reef.

With one of the best power-to-weight ratios in its class, Monstro is one of the lightest and most powerful jigging rods available. The Monstro 52B-X is a rod for conventional reel, equipped with a trigger for a safe grip. Designed for working jigs or when fishing with bait. The softer tip is excellent when using circle hooks to indicate bites and to make sure the circle hook finds it’s way into the corner of the mouth. This rod will work amazing for seafishing in Norway too, with cod, coalfish and especially halibut in mind.

The deep curve and the power in the blank is simple amazing once you apply some pressure to it. EVA handle and a rubber butt section provides good grip and stability.
